Insights:
I’ve been thinking about self-doubt and how we’ve been taught all wrong about it.
We’re often told to avoid it, to be confident and sure of ourselves at all times, but that’s not really how growth works.
Self-doubt is something everyone experiences, especially when we’re stepping into new territory or taking on big challenges.

Instead of seeing it as a weakness, I’m starting to believe it’s actually a sign that we’re on the right path.
We’ve been taught to fear it, but in reality, it’s okay to feel uncertain.
It means we’re pushing our limits.
The real mistake is letting that doubt control us.
The key is to fight through it, not let it stop us, and use it as a catalyst for growth.
Every time we do, we get stronger, and that’s where real progress comes from.

Self-doubt is a sign of growth
Self-doubt is something we all experience, especially when we're stepping out of our comfort zones or pushing ourselves to grow.
It’s that uneasy feeling that creeps in when you’re taking on something new or challenging your limits, making you question whether you’re really capable.
But instead of seeing self-doubt as a setback, it’s important to recognize it as a sign that you’re actually on the right path.

When you feel self-doubt, it’s often because you’re doing something that matters, something that’s pushing you beyond what’s familiar and helping you grow.
It’s a natural part of learning, adapting, and striving for bigger things.
The key is to not let it paralyze you but to use it as motivation to prepare better, think more critically, and keep moving forward.
In a way, self-doubt is just your mind’s way of acknowledging that you’re stepping up to a new level, and that’s something to embrace rather than fear.
